Meet Alice ~~
My long-standing passion for nutrition and mindful wellness has guided me toward a robust education and career in the health field. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH), with a focus in herbal medicine. I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS®) and a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) in the state of Maryland.
Through my practice, Nutritional Lifestyling with Alice, I work with individuals, families, and groups to create personalized, food-first approaches to health. Much of my work focuses on supporting metabolic health—particularly for those navigating midlife, changes in energy, or evolving nutrition needs.
I am passionate about helping clients move beyond confusion and into clarity, learning how to incorporate nutrient-dense foods into their daily lives in a way that feels both realistic and sustainable. My approach blends clinical insight with practical application, so that nutrition becomes something you can truly live.
Before transitioning into nutrition, I spent many years in the hospitality and tourism industry. That experience continues to shape my work today—I place a strong emphasis on creating an environment where clients feel supported, understood, and genuinely cared for.
Outside of my practice, you’ll often find me in the kitchen meal prepping, in the garden, or working on a project around the house. I enjoy knitting, crocheting, walking with a good audiobook, and reading—and I especially value time spent with my teenagers and my family.
