    Each time you eat, know that you are feeding more than just a body. You are feeding the soul's longing for life, its timeless desire to learn the deep lessons of earthly existence through food.

    There is no perfect way to eat. Each persons appropriate diet depends on genetic predisposition, geography, cultural beliefs, personal preferences and the ever changing needs of the body.

    Nothing escapes eating and nothing escapes from being eaten. Nourishment is one of the primary metaphors through which we view the world. Eating with awareness helps transform our relationship to food.

As a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS®) with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health, my work is grounded in evidence-based care and designed to support real, sustainable change.
